Our Story

Brittie was founded on the belief that healthy skin begins with a healthy barrier.

For founder and licensed master esthetician Britain Layton, that belief is rooted in both personal and professional experience. After living with eczema since childhood, she understood firsthand the frustration of sensitive, reactive skin—and the constant search for products that could truly support it.

Years spent working in the aesthetics industry reinforced what she had experienced personally: the skin barrier is fundamental to how skin looks, feels, and functions, yet it is too often treated as an afterthought.

Brittie was created to change that.
